TE-CO and IMTS 2012

At TE-CO, we love what we do, and we truly love getting out there and showing our work to the greater manufacturing world at large.  One of the best ways to do this, we believe, is by exhibiting in a number of trade shows and let our products speak for themselves.

Our next venture will be at IMTS 2012 from September 10-15 in Chicago.  The International Manufacturing Technology Show is North America’s largest manufacturing show, bringing together over 1,500 exhibitors and 82,000 visitors under one enormous roof.  1.2 million square feet of exhibit space will hold eminent metal cutting, metal forming, tooling & workholding manufacturers, and many more such specialty fields.  That’s where we come in.

At IMTS, we will be focusing on two of our products in particular: our 5 Axis Vise and our Hydraulic Vise.  The 5 Axis Vise is the perfect product for machines with a smaller work envelope, with a footprint of 4” x 4” x 6.5”.  It has clamping pressure of 6,000 lbs., a vise repeatability of ±.0005, and machinable jaws that allow maximum part contact that can be changed within seconds, thereby decreasing set-up time and maximizing overall efficiency.  In addition, our Hydraulic ReLock® Double Acting Vise is designed for automation and robotic applications, and lights-out manufacturing.  Each vise station can be controlled independently, and the system allows for consistent and controlled clamping pressures, with maximum pressure of 5,900 lbs at 5,000 PSI.  It includes a number of features and benefits.  We are truly pleased to present these innovative products at IMTS.
